When I met with Ziggy and I told him the price I wanted and the lowest I was prepared to go, he said It was achievable. He achieved $10,000 more than any real estate in the Hawkesbury had predicted and didn't try and under price it for a quick sale or pressure us into a lower price. If it wasn't enough that he sold our house, he also assisted us in getting a rental in our new location in the Central West. Super friendly, knowledgeable of the Hawkesbury market and trustworthy/honest. I would highly recommend Ziggy Parsonson and the Ray White team to anyone when selling!

We met with Ziggy, who was honest and down to earth. He clearly outlined the process, what they would do and how much it would cost. No hidden aspects to worry about. Then the sales process really began and what was refreshing was they did exactly what they said they would do, introducing clients from their database, video presentation, open houses, etc. Each viewing was followed up with an open discussion.
