Our first encounter with Ziggy & Melanie from Ray White was over 3 months ago when my partner and I set out on our journey to find our first property. We phoned Ziggy in regards to the first property we were interested in. Ziggy made a point to get to know our needs, wants, budget and dreams for our forever home! Mel was also on board with helping us at every avenue possible. I got to know Mel on a more personal level; but of course that will happen when every Saturday you are seeing ALL of her open homes in the hope that "this will be the one" Mel never judged or never thought I was a pain with my endless enquires. The process has been so smooth, everything was organised so well by Ziggy & Mel Even organising extra openings so my extended families could view it while they were in town! We had heard that Ziggy had handled our neighbour's as well as a number of other sales in the Hawkesbury. We also saw so many of his Ray White signs around so we thought this agent must be doing something right. We were certainly correct in that assumption with our house being sold at the first open home for more than we were expecting. The deal was completed within 2 hours of the inspection and Ziggy was able to work with the buyers as well as us to get the price to a suitable place very quickly.
