Ziggy is very up to date with the market. He has a very pleasant manner with vendors. I do feel that he needs to be more focused on vendor needs especially with minor details on vendor requests for a forsale sign to be erected as soon as possible and not two weeks after signing contracts. He relies too heavily on internet viewing when the property is on a very busy street and missing out on passing traffic and word of mouth to people who may know of someone who would like to buy in the Bligh park area. I know that the internet is a very large part of our world today, but old school tactics can be very rewarding also. He organised our second viewing & was prepared to let us spend whatever time we needed to view the home. The negotiation with the vendors was seamless & hassle free.
