Had experience dealing with Adison both buying and selling properties, can’t recommend him enough to anybody. Working in a customer service oriented industry myself, his professionalism, communication, willingness, exceptional customer focused services even it means he brings a contract for your signature at 9pm worth 6 stars on a five star scale. I am not getting paid to do this review but hope that it could help anybody that is currently or will be looking for an agent soon, you are in a pair of extremely capable hands and you will not be disappointed.

Selling my father in laws property for him to enter aged care was challenging as I don't live in the suburb where his home is. When I first contacted Adison he could not have been more helpful, he brought the paperwork to my workplace for me to sign. He was not pushy and listened to my financial needs to meet cost associated with my father in law. I had mentioned that the backup smoke alarm battery was beeping and I had not had a ladder with me on my last visit, Adison just said no worries I will replace it. I also needed to allow entry for a workman to enter the property, Adison organised for the workman to be met and let into the property. We had one open house which was followed up by Adison and the result was a record sale for this type of property in the area. All throughout the process Adison was amazing to deal with, very calm, very professional and friendly. I cannot thank Adison and the team at Ray White Riverwood enough. Great result and great to deal with. I would highly recommend.

From when we first met, while i was gauging the cost of my unit, Adison came across as a caring and at the same time professional. He was there working for the owner yet listening to what I needed. When I decided to employ Adison as my agent to sell, he was on it, actually he was thinking before that. What was important to me was to be kept in the loop, he updated me while I was on holiday. Adison said that this is what to expect for the sale, did not stop till he got that amount. Thank you for your professionalism and friendly attitude.
