This is the second time we have sold a house through Phil. We chose Phil again because we had a great experience dealing with him the first time. Again this was a great decision. Phil is an excellent agent. He is knowledgeable, professional and we know he will always work hard to get the results we want. We are completely happy with the whole experience and as such we highly recommend him to our friends and family. And Phil managed the whole marketing process as well. The photos and video were excellent. We were especially impressed with the video, it was cleverly and professionally done. It made our house looked fabulous!
