Great agent with great local knowledge and smooth experience
I'd interviewed few agents before i put my trust with Phil and that did not prove me wrong. He was friendly, easy to talk with as well as to negotiate which made us feel at ease. Of course that also comes with great skills, good local knowledge and customer base. He provided me an update each week after the inspection which is appreciated. I would recommend Phil for someone who is thinking to sell their property.
