Honest and Reliable
Eric recently sold my family home of 6 years. I found Eric to be honest, reliable and informative. He kept me informed of all negotiations, walking me through the process. My home was sold for a price I was more than happy with. I would highly recommend Eric as he is both professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Eric again in the future. Excellent realestate agent with a wide range of wonderful properties to offer.
we bought our new property through Eric Li recently. The experience was wonderful. Eric is very straight forward, trust worthy and down to earth person. He not only assisted in finding the right property for us, but also clearly explained what items in the house needs maintenance and what needs to be looked after. He was upfront and did not hide anything from us, which gave us the confidence in going forward with the deal. Even after settlement, he went to the extent of fixing couple of issues for us with no additional cost. Truly amazing customer service mindset. We would definitely prolong our relationship with his agency and also strongly recommend him for other prospective buyers. Cheers!!
