Dylan was an outstanding agent! He handled every aspect of the sale smoothly and was always available to answer any questions. His dedication and hard work paid off with a fantastic result that I couldn’t have imagined. I'm incredibly happy with the service Dylan provided.

Kahlee was a pleasure to deal with and upfront about all the details of the property we purchased. I would definitely recommend Kahlee and Jamie, they are great agents with a good local knowledge of the area with a quick and easy transaction with no issues.. Just what you need in a stressful situation in purchasing a property.

The best way to say it is Karen loves her job!!! She is genuinely interested in the people that come through and the different walks of life that I’m sure this job presents. Her and her team always had a high energy and willingness when presented with any of my questions or inquiries. Throughout our process, she has been great with communication and working out all the little hiccups and bumps that come with buying the type of property we are after renovation style homes. The best thing I like about Karen is the is no fluff, it’s straight to the point and a yes or no answers (or I’ll find out in an unknown). She is a pillar of integrity to buy or sell your house/home/project/castle with and an asset in our Gold Coast way of life and community.

After purchasing our home from Karyn 4 years ago, we decided to engage her and her team to assist us in selling the property. I am glad that we did so. Karyn and her team achieved the best possible outcome for us, as sellers. I believe this is so, and have had the same mentioned to me by locals in the industry - with some expressing their surprise with the outcome. The entire team, from her supporting agents to their administration and operations staff, have been nothing less than a pleasure to work with. They are all informed, professional and full of knowledge and advice that they're willing to share. After securing the maximum possible sale price, they then went a step further to get us that little bit closer to achieving the overall outcome we set out to achieve to begin with. This was not expected, not requested - and certainly not taken for granted... This, along with the invaluable assistance we have received from her and her team with our own subsequent purchase is priceless and something you would come to expect from family and your closest friends - not just a service provider. It is for these reasons that we have never looked back with our decision to engage Karyn and her team - and why I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anybody considering selling - anywhere across the Gold Coast. If we ever need to sell again, we will be back!

Jon took all the pressure out of selling. We were first timers having a “selling at auction” experience and Jon guided us through expertly. It was an entirely “no pressure” process from marketing through to the sale with Jon and his team providing excellent market insight, flexibility, communication and a simple well controlled process. We felt very comfortable with every member of Jon’s team.

--Sandy was an incredible agent and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. It was sentimental to be selling my first home and I had lots of questions but was only met with kindness and love.

The agent could not get the buyer to confirm they could settle on 24 June 2024 ... I was relying on the settlement as I had a settlement due 1 July 2024... the agent could not communicate to me that the buyer was able to settle... the buyer then wanted a reduction of $100,000 because they said they did not have enough money even though they had sold their house for $2.8m I had to withdraw from my purchase, and this caused a very large payment to avoid losing a great deal of money. The buyer and the agent caused me enormous stress….
