Can not recommend highly enough! We couldn’t be happier with the results given by Kieran and Raywhite Robina when selling our property. Kieran bought a sense of calm, relaxed and knowledge to the sale. Communication was always first hand. After being listed with another agent and not getting any results. Kieran took it in another direction, restoring our trust in agents. The sale price was what he Initiated in the beginning. Kieran kept his communication after the sale to see how we are travelling along and if he can add any extra support for us with our transition into the rental market. We will be using Raywhite and especially Kieran for any future sales and/or purchases.

He is personable, easy to converse with and has empathy for his clients. I was impressed by his interest in me as a person and my reason for selling. He posed the question politely. ‘What price are you looking for?’ My reply was greeted with raised eyebrows, and a shrug without comment. But then Jon’s enthusiasm kicked in and an inspection of the property was followed by advice on improvements. I took his advice and from thereon in the journey was exciting. Interstate advertising and open houses led to a list of prospective buyers attending the auction. Jon and his team were diligent, constantly keeping in touch with buyers until the day of the auction, and I was impressed again by their expertise.
