Lisa took the time to get to know us and our home that was listed for sale. She was friendly, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. We were always informed and kept up to date the entire way. She spent the time presenting all of the offers we had received - starting from the lowest and going to the highest, explaining the conditions of all offers. She took the time to discuss all of offers received - acknowledging even the lowest offers. She made it clear that each party making an offer deserved acknowledgement of their offer as they had taken the time. Lisa truly cares about her job - and you can tell this when you interact with her. Other agents can be focused on $ - but with Lisa - she truly is interested in interaction with her clients - and finding a win-win situation for both the buyer and seller.
