Hello Everyone, I want to share my negative experience with Jason Song, a real estate agent with Ray White in Rochedale. I found him to be unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest. Without a doubt, he is the worst agent I have ever encountered. During the auction, I placed a bid of $3,000 on top of the last bid, which was $1.485 million, believing the total price of the house to be $1.488 million. However, Jason lied to me by claiming that the last bid was $1.49 million and that he had personally added an extra $5,000 to the previous bid. As a result, I ended up paying an additional $5,000 on top of the $1.488 million to purchase the house, bringing the total price to $1.493 million. After the auction concluded, I discovered that the last bidder had only offered $1.485 million. I later confirmed this with that bidder, which proves that Jason Song deceived me about his bid to pressure me into paying an additional $5,000. His dishonest tactics were aimed at pressuring me into paying an extra $5,000 more than necessary, ultimately to benefit himself by selling the house and securing his commission. I brought my complaint to his manager, Zishann Omar, but he was indifferent to my concerns. Zishann seemed more focused on the number of properties sold each year than on Jason’s unethical behaviour. He stated that Jason can sell 120 properties annually and didn’t care about the questionable methods Jason used to achieve those sales. For most people, purchasing a home is one of the largest investments they will ever make, so it's crucial to be aware of deceptive practices. I strongly advise all buyers and sellers to avoid working with Jason Song, as he operates in an unprofessional and unethical manner in the real estate market. He is truly the worst agent I have ever encountered. Thank you for your attention.

Jason Song
