Mate, gotta give a massive shout-out to Syed and his awesome crew. Serena's the support whiz, and Hasley's Syed's right-hand legend. These guys smashed it out of the park during the whole sales gig. Working with them was tops, and their pro moves made a massive diff. From setting up the pre-sales stuff, snapping pics and vids, doing the open house thing, and keeping tabs on potential buyers near and far – they nailed it. And let's not forget Gavin, the auctioneer extraordinaire. He aced it at the auction hall organised by Raywhite Rochedale, amping up the vibes and scoring us the best deal on my property. I have to say, the entire selling experience with Jason is far beyond our expectations. I mean Jason is always the superstar in the community and we have heard the good words from our friends and neighbours. And after we been thought the selling process with Jason, we then realised how professional he is. When we decided to sell, we have consulted all the bigger agencies. Only Jason provided a realistic non-biased opinion without giving us any pressure. Not like other agencies just wanted me to sign the form today and be locked in with them. We are very busy with our work and a five-year-old boy, we simply don’t have the time to arrange all kinds of services for selling process: electrician, painter, handyman, staging etc. … you name it. Jason and his team have helped us to manage ALL the services for us from repairing to staging! We hardly did anything at all for the entire selling process! Also the most importantly, the selling price. I would say if I had chosen any other agents handling our house, we might be getting far less than the price we got today! Jason has amazing negotiating skills. Also, he and his team put a lot of effort into this process. The final price were far more than what we have expected. Thank you again Jason.
