I think we have talked to almost every agent in the surrounding area over the last 12 months but no-one showed the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy that Harsh did so when we were thinking of selling (again), we we didn’t hesitate to talk to Harsh... When he advised it was a good time to look at selling, we took his advice and listed it on realestate.com.au…. well, 1 open house, 6 offers and unconditional in 7 days! We were the buyers. We went to over 60 open homes, offered on 7 properties and got to know a lot of agents very well in our search for a home in Rochedale South. Lisa was a stand out performer! Her communication was superb from the start (we offered on 3 of Lisa's listings before being successful). She attended and looked after things personally to make sure everything was smooth, and was always honest and upfront on things other agents might avoid. We never felt sold or pushed, but she got every dollar we had, plus more from us. We settled in 21 days during a time when other property transaction timelines where blowing out.
