I am a first home buyer and I can't say how amazing this experience was! I am so thankful because I know that sometimes it can be quiet stressful and even messy. Zishaan sat down with me and went through the contract slowly, allowing me to ask questions and just take my time in understanding such an important document, especially as it was my first home.
