Great experience - Nicholas is attentive and responsive
Nicholas is great agent who helped us buy our property. He has great listening skills and considers what you're after. Helped us with the price negotiation and was responsive at all times. Recommend going with him.

Nicholas was both highly professional in his work and very personable in his approach.
We could not have picked a tougher time to go to market, (Real estate prices had dropped by more than 20% in our area and nationally) circumstances dictated that we needed to sell to ensure a place in a nursing home for one of our parents. We were extremely fortunate to have Nick and his exceptional backup team at Ray White Rockdale. Nick was very professional in the approach and care he took towards placing our property on the market. He provided us with valid and timely data and helped us to study the state of the market and to manage our expectations realistically. At the same time, Nick was proactive in canvassing potential buyers for our property. We had regular updates on preferences and offers and Nick went out of his way to ensure that all parties remained informed about progress.

Extreme dedicated and focused Nicholas Economos
From day one there was a tremendous amount of effort and dedication put in to sell such a little place. The odds were completely against getting this this unit sold, the market was free falling, it was a bad time of year, I really must commend Nicholas’s efforts to peruse the sale when there would have been many other listings he could of put his energy behind. Complete professionalism and easy experience. Not quite the price we wanted, but completely realistic due to the market.

Great Experience!
I sold my property with Nicholas Economos, he was a pleasure to work with. Nick was extremely professional, respectful and very dedicated to getting the best result for the sale of my property. He was easy to work with and showed great communication skills, he was readily available and kept me in the loop and up to date with the whole process. Selling a property can often be stressful with the help of Nick this process ran smoothly. He was a great agent would defiantly recommend!

Honest and transparent!
Nicholas was a pleasure to deal with during the whole process of selling our property. Communication was consistent and anything he said he would do was done! We had a very succesful auction. I would definitely do business with Ray White Rockdale in the future.
