Emily Horan is very professional and her knowledge of all tenancy processes is extensive.
Emily has such a friendly disposition and excellent communication skills. She explained Ray White's processes clearly and has her 'finger on the pulse' for the current market place. It was great to hand everything over to her from the marketing through to screening potential tenants as this relieved us of all stress. Emily kept us up to date with progress and our experience has been very positive. I would definitely recommend her as a Property Manager and plan to bring our other rental properties under her guidance.

Emily and team have been very efficient all the way leading up to settlement through to leasing on our recent purchase. This includes arranging quotes from the relevant trades and overseeing the renovation that was undertaken in our absence. Emily and team have secured a quality tenant in a timely manner. We are quite pleased with the service thus far.

Truly Excellent
We are a young family who were terrified buying our first investment property. I made contact with Emily for management of our property as we live interstate and we had no idea where to begin. Emily has made the entire process so easy by being so warm and approachable, absolutely flourless in her efficiency organising repairs and securing an excellent tenant for us within days of making first contact. The entire team have been so welcoming and professional but Emily’s genuine care for our property and attention to detail has been truly excellent. Emily is fabulous and with a friendly and very responsive team
As first-time landlords, we appreciated the guidance around letting our property. Emily Horan was a good resource for any queries that we had. Contracts were issued very quickly, the house listed within days and as a result, tenants were identified before the end of two weeks. All calls were either answered or returned within hours.
