Kelly ended up having to jump over a lot of hurdles on the way to the sale and settlement of our home, and none of them were her doing. Without going into detail about every hurdle, and there were a few, Kelly was super professional through it all. She was calm, positive, knowledgeable, honest, accommodating, extremely helpful, communicative, and wise in how she dealt with everything thrown her way. I was wondering along the way if any of the toys would come flying out of the cot, but not even a hint, not even when I felt like I was losing my marbles and my stress levels were sky high and I kept asking for advice, help, and putting more hurdles in her way. Kelly well and truly exceeded what I believe would be covered in her role description, and she seemed to take it all in her stride. Kelly went above and beyond, and blue away any expectations that we may have had. My wife and I are extremely thankful and appreciative of everything she did for us, and always will be.

I absolutely 100 percent, highly recommend Kathy Wigfield as a Sales Agent if you have a property you want to sell. Kathy is so experienced in what she does and that reflects on the sale of my property which she conducted. We discussed what my wishes were with the sale price and both agreed on the starting offer to sell my property. She definitely has all the knowledge of how to market houses and get the buyers interested. Once that was sorted she was off like a rocket to do what she does best, sells properties. From Marketing to Home Open. My property was on the market for no less then a week prior to Home Open. Home Open attracted lots of potential buyers and genuine offers at that. The day after Kathy contacted me with all the offers. That day I accepted one of the offers and the sale was done. Kathy’s professionalism during the week was exceptional, she always made contact with me. It’s unheard of to me that Kathy had sold my property within a week from house going up on the Market. I still don’t know how she did that, but I am very thankful, grateful and more then happy I chose Kathy as my Agent.
