Elsie kept in contact through the process and can not fault her commitment to the sale of the land. As mentioned above after contracts were signed and finance approval was being processed it was a little difficult due to the bank valuation rather than the sale purchase. However all that being said Elsie did communicate very well and offered a professional service.

I recently sold my investment property through Kelly. I owned the property for some 14years and found I no longer had time or the inclination to organise the maintenance, outgoings etc and I felt like it was becoming a burden. It was because of this I just wanted out and asked Kelly to list it at a ridiculous price for a quick sale. Kelly talked me out of this and I went to market with her listing price range. Not only was the sail quick (less than 48hrs) the sale price far exceeded any expectations I had.
