Thanks Kathy for a very smooth and trouble free experience.
Kathy was a gem at sorting out any hurdles which may have hindered the selling process. Her expertise and knowledge of the whole process gave me confidence in her decisions and left me without a worry. Her professional attitude made sure everything ran on track and she always had a solution to any problems before they grew which made the whole experience trouble free. Kathy also has a good list of tradies who always found the time to help me out even though they were flat out with their normal businesses. Just a lovely human
Elsie is great. I’ve heard horror stories of agents treating customers badly and not being helpful but Elsie answered any questions we had. As first home buyers it was daunting but we did it successfully. If we sell we will definitely go with Elsie.
