I havnt sold my home for a long time so the process at times seemed a bit daunting. However Elsie helped me every step of the way.. even when I didn't really understand the first time she patiently explained again. She showed concern about the things I was concerned about and treated me as a person not just a customer. She also showed kindness and empathy as I had lots of emotions when house sold!I valued her always answering my calls and not sounding impatient at any time. Plus she knows her job and that was right up there in placing confidence in her to take care of my sale. I could relax and just let her do her job !
