The best agent out there!
We weren’t sure if we were going to buy or build. Despite knowing this Eli was patient and showed us very many houses. He also arranged for us to see one before it was opened out to the market, which we ended up buying. Eli is patient and pleasant to interact with and we couldn’t be happier.

Wonderful Estate agent
Throughout our whole House selling journey Kathy has been nothing but exceptional. She made the whole process seem easy. Kathy was always on the other end of the phone giving prompt updates when required and keeping us informed. No question was silly and we weren’t ever made to feel like we couldn’t reach out with any concerns. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, honest and trustworthy we have never had any doubts about our decision hiring her. Ethical and excellent agent
I had been looking for a property to buy in south west Perth for a few months. I had dealt with Kathy with a few of her listings and each time she was a delight to deal with. She was pro-active, responsive and not overly pushy which I very much appreciated. She ensured thorough follow up with any property I was interested in and gave timely communication.
