We then engaged Elsie Corby of Ray White and saw in-home traffic increase significantly within days , many were parties Elsie had encountered at other 'home opens' and redirected to see ours. we later found that Elsie had also included our home when clients asked to be shown houses in a price range . It seemed her philosophy was " show the the home to as many people as possible , the more people who see the home -- someone will like it and buy it" .Elsie is highly personable , courteous and tireless . We know first hand that Elsie burns the candle 7 days a week and is always available to answer any queries. You may look , but we doubt you could find a better person to sell your home. Elsie is an exceptional agent, who was very helpful and kept us updated as to how things were going with our purchase. The service this wonderful lady provides is outstanding. We recently viewed a property on a Sunday evening and Elsie took us straight to her office to complete an offer in writing, Elsie negotiated for us but was also fair to both parties. We settle in less than two weeks and the process has been very smooth. One thing that has stood out is the communication, always gets back to you and nothing has been too much trouble. A very friendly and lovely lady with a wealth of knowledge - you can’t go wrong!
