Excellent to deal with the whole way through
Josh was always helpful & polite. He cared about what we were looking for and helped us find the right home for our family. Josh was knowledgeable about the area, the property market and has a good reputation with locals which is a good sign in a regional area. He accommodated an inspection at the last minute, which turned out to be ‘the one’ and was clear in his explanation of the sale process. Our buyer’s advocate said that he was excellent to deal with the whole way through.

A pleasure to deal with
Josh was a pleasure to deal with from the minute he walked into our house. Very knowledgable and no question to hard or silly. Selling a house and moving with 2 toddlers is stressful enough, however Josh made the process simple and easy. Thanks for helping sell our first family home and we hope the new people love it as much as we have.

Went above and beyond
