As an interested buyer, Shane was a pleasure to deal with in the lead up to auction, answering all questions I asked in a prompt manner with a minimum of fuss. Following the purchase, Shane was very welcoming and had all the paperwork set out in an orderly fashion for signatures. Once signatures were completed, Shane gave me some extra time for a few more questions and I walked from the auction with a sense of assurance that the purchase will progress with a minimum of fuss - all in all a very seamless and enjoyable experience.

I can not speak highly enough of Shane Fox and Tanjil Williams who handled the sale of my property at Rye. Shane was very professional and kept me informed weekly as to how the sale was progressing. He gave me his considered opinion using his experience to advise me on price and when to sell. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is considering selling their home or land.
