Shane’s services to the selling of my property was unbelievable. Starting from the marketing of the property and with his wealth of experience coming up with a selling price which was $30,000 over what I was going to ask for. A personal friend suggested I cantact Shane explaining what I was looking for in my new Home. On the first inspection it seemed to me he had arranged an inspection on a property that forfilled all my necessities. He took the Covid restricians seriously and provided me with disposable gloves, hand sanitiser etc and was very conscious of bothy the vendors and my safety. I chose to do bussiness with Mr Shane Fox for one reason and one reason only , I found out while I was deciding which agent to go with that Shane Fox is the No one seller on the Peninsula.. so say no more, so it was an no brainer to go with the best if you wanted the best and the BEST I got . Shane was always there through this stressful time with his years of experience and knowledge of realestate he took all the stress out of it . His guidance and patients was a blessing, He was always there for me anytime night or day , and he gave me alot of advice and time .I love him and highly recommend him . Nothing was too hard, too big or too small for Michelle. Michelle presents in a professional manager and her engagement style is second to none. She was a breeze to deal with and made the process easy/seamless even though she is challenged with many COVID restrictions. I was quite daunted by the task of buying a property but Michelle was always available to speak to and she effortlessly guided me through what I considered a daunting task. I can highly recommend Michelle as a knowledgeable, helpful and experienced agent. If I ever need to sell or buy in the future I will, without hesitation, be calling Michelle.
