Shane is a highly skilled real estate agent who made the sale of our home very easy. He is genuine and compassionate, and he truly cares about his clients and making the sales process as stress free as possible. He is highly knowledgeable about the area and the market. Even in a fluctuating and uncertain market as the COVID19 pandemic was unfolding, he was able to secure us a great result. Cannot recommend him more highly.

From our first interaction on the phone, Shane has been a wealth of local knowledge, friendly and patient during the purchase of our new property. He was available throughout the process for questions, and always provided prompt and genuine responses. We felt very fortunate to have a genuine and down to earth agent throughout the process, being able to share a joke made what could have been a stressful time a breeze and we couldn't be more thankful for both his, and Tanjil's support.

I purchased a Rye property through Shane Fox and Ray White Rosebud in 2016. The process was so impressive it meant that when I decided to sell a Capel Sound property that Shane was the choice to handle it for me. He was able to contain costs and obtain a good price for me and great value for the family buying their new abode.

Tanjil and Shane were a dynamic duo in our property quest!! Tanjil went above and beyond throughout our search, always keeping us informed and suggested several properties. Shane then sealed the deal, making a few suggestions along the way. We are so excited to finally have a home on the peninsula!!
