Gifted and very experienced in sales
Shane greatly helped in the lead up to the sale with organising tradesman and advising of getting the property ready for sale to obtain the best price. My mother was going into a nursing home and it was a very delicate and emotional time for the family. He achieved well over the price that we thought it would sell for. His negotiation skills was extradonary and his passion, determination and expertise sets him apart from other real estate sales people. I have bought and sold many properties. I have no hesitation in recommending him to obtain the best price for your property.
