Would highly recommend Shane. Our main reason is trust communication and care and Shane had all these qualities. Very professional but yet personable approachable with any concern and all with a positive approach. Wouldnt hesitate to refer him or use him again.

Did everything he said he would and more. Out of the three agents we interviewed Shane was head and shoulders above the others. I have no hesitation in recomending Shane.

Both Janine and I purchased a property in Rye from Shane the previous month. We’ve bought and sold extensively the past 8 years due to my working interstate and investments. Shane is one of those people that grow on you very quickly – the prospective purchase just happened because Shane was so very good at what we were trying to achieve. Simply, he attended to every issue quickly, honestly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. My secondment of Shane and his manner is that one needs not to look too far for either a person to sell your property or dealing with an agent selling a property. We valued Shane’s manner and appreciated the final outcome – you can’t ask for more than that. Good luck Shane!

We both are very happy with the tireless efforts Shane did in selling our home. His support, and guidance was paramount in us achieving the goals we set. He was always available to answer any queries and really listened to what we wanted to achieve, he made what can be a very stressful experience I.e. Selling a house a positive experience and we want to thank him and all his great team for a job well done.

I have sold and purchased from this agent. His knowledge, experience and professionalism was second to none. Communication was excellent and I felt I had full control at all times during the decision making and negotiation process. Shane's straight forward approach was refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane Fox and he would certainly be my first choice should I ever need an agent in the future.

We were very happy with Shane's work in negotiating the purchase of our new home. Although our bid on auction day was unsuccessful, we appreciated Shane's continued efforts to secure a sale.
