Binnie and his team were fantastic during our purchase experience. They were diligent in following us up about the property in a professional and respectful way, despite a reasonable amount of time passing between our initial inspection and our eventual reconnection to it. Their post-sale support and processes are excellent, and provide a prompt and simple system to keep engaged with their team and the seller throughout the settlement period. Special mention of Jimmy from the Ray White Rouse Hill team who deserves the credit for being polite and persistent in regaining our interest for the property which ultimately led to the sale. Great team and agency.

Right from the day one Binnie Jaura , the franchise owner has set high priority to sell our house at 50 President Road. His marketing strategy was awesome, he arranged extra open home on Saturday and also Thursday. He was very confident to sell the property even though I was not doubtful. Finally for for the 4th week auction he pulled 43 people even though there were negative feedback about the traffic. Mr Binnie Jaura me what in my mind on the auction day I told I need $2,100,000 just within 15 minutes of bidding he successfully sold for the price we asked. The whole team of The Jaura Group worked hard to sell this property for the right price. The back end team was amazing, they kept constant communication and they were very friendly. The man behind this show is “Binnie Jaura”. He is calm , composed and confident. I totally left the sales strategy to him without and gave him full freedom and he really pulled the pin.
