Binnie has been great throughout the sales process. He has excellent local market knowledge and was very professional in the way our expectations were managed. As compared to our previous experience with another agent, Binnie's team did the basic buyer work to get more walkins for the open home and eventually got an offer in the first 4 weeks of starting the campaign.
