Stellar Agent - Five Star!!!
We Had unsuccessful marketing campaign and the tiring open home inspections for a period of 7 weeks with a different agent. Then we finally approached Binnie after seeing his record sales in Box Hill. From the moment we met Binnie, we found him extremely knowledgeable of Box Hill and we got the confidence that he only could sell this house for the price we are after. Soon after the contract with Binnie was signed, Sydney went into lockdown. We thought its such a bad luck. However, to our surprise, even during the lockdown, Binnie and Jag(in fact his whole team of around 10 people) worked so tirelessly and got the offer matching to our expectations with in the span of 10 days time. Binnie and Jag were very professional, honest and kept me informed of the progress during the sale period. Naturally, we are very excited with the outcome of the sale. I would highly recommend him and his team. If you want to sell a house in Box Hill, you cannot go past Binnie’s team. Thank you Binnie and Jag for all the hard work you put in. Really appreciate it!! Good experience overall
We had a positive experience with Binnie and Jag. We received an offer in just the second week of listing the property. He did an amazing job in co-ordinating the sale of the property and purchase of the new property at the same time. He also dedicated time to explain to us the current market conditions, what we should expect and gave us a lot of confidence on the sale.

Binnie was excellent to deal with
Binnie and his protégé Jag were excellent to deal with. They were very professional in their approach throughout the process - right from the viewing to the negotiation of the final price to co-ordinating various aspects with the vendors. We also picked Binnie to sell our house after the positive experience we had with the purchase.
