Damien was the 'real deal' Real Estate Agent
We were selling our NSW home in mid to late 2022, when interest rates were soaring and prices were dropping rapidly. We had our eye on a couple of properties in Agnes Water Qld, which were both through Ray White Real Estate and we dealt with their Agent, Damien. I couldn't decide which property was better for us to purchase at the time but Damien was very patient, helping us to decide what would be better for us.
From the get-go Damien was always very friendly, welcoming, honest, and tolerant and I feel he is an asset to his company and staff who were all equally pleasant and friendly to us. He seems loyal, trustworthy, and fair to the local sellers of Agnes and, as buyers, we were treated with the same respect and, despite a little hiccup (on my end, due to fears of interest rate hikes), we eventually realized we got a good deal and got the property we wanted. Damien remained steadfast the whole time. The whole process and transaction went very smoothly. Damien had a lot of local market knowledge, he was always easy to communicate with, always accessible, and very professional at all times. I think Damien is the real deal. He's not crafty like some Agents we've dealt with and he's a born-and-bred local of this region, which is nice. I would definitely recommend him for buying or selling property, and I have already recommended him to a few people. Thanks, Damien and the team at Ray White, Agnes Water.
