George and Ray White have established partnerships with talented organisations that assisted in achieving an outstanding sales result (i.e. photography, videography, auctioneer etc) At times it was difficult to reach George and I feel the back-end processes could be more efficient / improved. We experienced delays / issues in receiving our agency agreement, incomplete funds at settlement, and transparency around marketing spend.

Following the successful sale of our property near Murrumbateman we would like to commend Ray White Rural Canberra | Yass for their patience, understanding, and impressive knowledge of the real estate market and business. The highlight for us was working with a large and very well coordinated team led by George including the photographer, the marketing expert based in Queensland, the auctioneer, Clare, Rosie and Simon. Each one helped play critical roles in the sales process. Also a big shout out to Allhomes who worked strongly with the Ray White team to deliver great marketing exposure. Special mention needs to be made of George's tireless work ethic including follow up calls to prospective buyers, organising and staffing a large number of exhibitions (weekends and weekdays), several early morning coffee meetings in Braddon and the impressive weekly, written and detailed updates on the marketing exposure. Throughout all this George remained calm, committed, honest and reliable.
