Kates' industry knowledge is absolutely top shelf. Our purchase was a complicated process which without her calming and reassuring advice I'm not so sure the sale would have been a success. Highly recommend Kate and thank her immensely for the wonderful job she did for us.

Kate was very professional, very responsive to our many enquiries and has a long experience in the Dorrigo real estate market. While our purchase was not easy and took sometime to finalise, Kate was very supportive (without being pushy) throughout the process. A good outcome for both the vendor and purchaser.

Kate did a great job handling the sale of my parents' property at a challenging time for them. Kate's network quickly brought buyers to the table with little (or no?) need for a campaign. Offers came in within the range predicted and the sale went off without a hitch at a difficult time - Christmas / new year. Kate and team assisted with a whole other range of arrangements around the sale leveraging their local knowledge, network and experience. Highly recommended!

Kate was a pleasure to do business with, couldn’t help enough

Kate took over the Sale management of our property after our listing agent left the business. Kate seemlessly continued the sale process. She familiarised herself with our property and communicated with us after every inspection and open home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate to any prospective owner looking to list their property.

Kate is the perfect real estate agent for anyone who’s looking to sell their home, or purchase their new home - as she knows the local real estate market intimately. Kate made it so effortless for us to view the property on a number of occasions - she could answer our questions - she made the long-distance negotiations easy - and she continues to stay in touch as the settlement process takes its course. We would not hesitate in recommending Kate to anyone considering dipping their toes into the real estate market.

Kate Carter has been a great help and guide in the sale of our property. She made suggestions for the preparations and presentation of the house. She kept us informed at all times and was instrumental in closing the deal. We highly recommend her.

We found Kate to be very genuine and processional. Kate quickly gained a great understanding of what my mum was looking for and always kept her well informed. We felt very supported throughout the whole process and would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking at buying or selling a property.

Kates professionalism and experience were the key to success in the sale of my property in Dorrigo. In recent months the market has contracted and Kates previous experience in our area came to the fore. I wouldn’t consider anyone else when selling or buying. Rod Sommer.

Kate was super professional and quick to respond to all matters regarding the settlement and sale of our new house. The house and garden were in tip top shape when we moved in and everything flowed perfectly. We are super happy with the experience and would highly recommend Kate to anyone purchasing a new home.

Kate was up front with us right from the start. She is an excellent communicator and made the process easy. She is a rare find, has a gentle manner and is down to earth. She treats you like a human being and facilitates the process beautifully so that you don't feel rushed or pressured. We would most certainly do business with her again.
