This was my first selling experience. Jade was very helpful with lots of advice and knowledge regarding the entire process from the get-go. After having a buyer fall through after 3 weeks of waiting for finance she was able to persevere and find me another buyer on the same day. This would not have been possible if she had not prepared all potential buyers information after contract just in case. Overall, very happy to have had Jade as my agent. Jade was wonderful to deal with. She looked after me and found me exactly what I was after in a house, for the right price. She listened and always kept me informed and up to date with new listings of homes that were suited to me. She was always lovely and she was not pushy and did not rush me when I was trying to make decisions about a home for myself and my family (unlike another very pushy, uncaring real estate that I had been dealing with before I came across Jade & Ray White). Wayne took me around esk and showed me a few properties for sale. He was really thorough, understanding and considerate and encouraging. The house I chose was cleaned emmaculately before I moved in. To any prospective buyer or seller in the Toogoolawah area, we believe that by considering anyone else to look after your interests, you would be doing yourself a disfavour. We found Jade to be very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and supportive in her work with us. As we were not local but interested in also looking at properties that were not listed with her agency, she organised for the agency who were looking after the properties to be there when we visited to inspect. The house that we finally purchased we had put out of consideration as the asking price was above what we had considered. During discussions over lunch it was established that the house was being shown by a fellow agent and we tagged along on the viewing. The house proved to be exactly what we wanted, Jade suggested that we make an offer and ultimately we ended up purchasing the house we had originally considered out of reach.
