Cayne was incredibly professional and made our home buying experience enjoyable and very easy.
From the first open home we attended Cayne was very helpful giving us all the time and space we needed to inspect and discuss the property. Cayne was able to answer all of the questions we asked him which gave us great confidence and allowed us to make an informed decision. Cayne was fantastic and we couldn’t recommend him enough!

Cayne was extremely patient and helpful throughout the sale process. He brought knowledge and expertise to the sale of our house, but was also empathetic during times when it seemed we may not secure a sale (but we did!) I urge any and all folks in the New England area to contact Cayne about the sale or purchase of a home.

Absolutely amazing experience, fantastic outcome and the most genuine real estate agent
We absolutely loved working with Bec! Bec was very responsive to all questions and very accommodating! Nothing was ever a bother and Bec really did go above and beyond! Bec is a very genuine and a kind person and was very open and honest with us throughout the process. Bec was extremely helpful with communication between the vendors but also with the solicitors. Bec was always very calm and never pushed or rushed us for decisions which we really appreciated. We always felt valued and were treated like people and not transactions. We never felt pinned against other purchases and I cannot recommend Bec enough to anyone who is buying and especially if you are selling! The vendor and us as purchasers had a fantastic result at the end of the day that was both fair and fantastic for both parties! People reminder how you made them feel especially during a big and stressful process like buying and selling and there isn’t anyone else ild want to deal with besides Bec! She is a huge asset to Ray White!

Best Agent in town by a mile...
8 months with the town's largest Agency and no result, then gave the agency to Bec and had it wrapped up at a HIGHER price in less than 8 weeks. Not only that, but to facilitate the buyer's need for a quick settlement Bec managed our removalists as well as all the services needed as we were unable to get to the property due to covid - legendary service.

Cayne Moar - a professional, informative, knowledgeable and punctual real estate agent
In all dealings with Cayne, we have found him very professional in his approach. He has been knowledgeable about the property and when unsure of anything has never hesitated to contact the vendors. Always positive about the property but at the same time giving an honest view. He is keeping us informed every step of the way prior to, and up to settlement.
