We found Dee to be a very genuine person.We could not fault her at any point. Her communication with us was excellent and she made us feel important. Dee always made sure we were comfortable and both happy with the whole procedure by explaining everything in terms we could understand. Any Questions we had were always answered directly. Dee is a straight shooter she doesnt beat around the bush or confuse you with terminology. She is very good at reading people and if she sensed either of us were unsure about something she would ask what was wrong so that we could either change it or understand it better. We found Dee to be very professional but at the same time easy to get along with. If she couldnt be reached she would always return our calls within a few hours. Her knowledge of markets and marketing meant our campaign left no stone unturned and we had a very successful Auction. As a couple in our 60s we had been looking not necessarily to downsize but to enjoy a country experience. Having looked in many areas of NSW and meeting many agents, we found our experience with Jedda was educational and enjoyable.
