Scott Hunter knew we were going to sell long before we were ready. He kept in touch while keeping his distance. When we were ready he, with a work partner, suggested a sales price and told us exactly what to expect during the sales process. Our home sold within three weeks of going on the market, due I believe, to correct pricing, and the experience unfolded precisely as Scott had predicted. When the legal process needed a prod along Scott did not hesitate in his actions. That the sale of our house happened so smoothly meant we had no anxiety issues. Scott did an excellent job.
