Prior to taking over the Ray White Rural - Sarina business, Richard and his wife Rebecca launched their own independent Livestock & Real Estate agency in 2021 in the Mackay and Whitsundays region with a focus on marketing rural and acreage properties, assisting clients in livestock sales & purchases, as well as providing consultation to new and experienced livestock producers. Richard operates at the forefront of client relations as an experienced livestock manager with a demonstrated history of working in the beef industry, and extensive knowledge of farming properties Richard is a knowledgeable real estate agent specialising in acreage and farming properties and is driven by his passion for agriculture and exceeding client expectations. With such diverse acreage and farming country within the Mackay and Whitsundays region, he is motivated to maximise client outcomes in the market. Richard has an earnest commitment to client expectations and goals and works with energy to deliver a premium service, by asserting his skills in negotiation, sales, and procurement As a proud father of three daughters, and husband to wife Rebecca, Richard is a family-orientated man and incorporates this approach into business and how he delivers his services, with a fair and considerate hand.
