Property sale capabilities
Very happy with the assistance provided. Molly had extensive knowledge of the local market and provided a very comprehensive plan to sell my house. Molly even took the time to check on the house, fill the pool even, when I had moved out. Would definitely use Ray White and the team again.

No communication at all
Our property sold with Richard to the people next door who had already made contact to a previous agent. Since we signed with Richard we have minimal contact. Phone calls were made to Richard and never returned. It has been radio silence. The property has now sold and not even an email or phone call to congratulate us or the buyer.

Highly recommend Molly Dunbavan
Molly represented us as our agent while we rented out our property and also for the sale of the property. I cannot fault the professional service we received or the communication techniques used between us and our tenants. Molly always kept us well informed and promptly arranged any maintenance issues. I found her to be very honest and reliable. During the property sale it was obvious knew the market well, she also went above and beyond to show as many potential buyers through the property. If I was to purchase, rent or sell another property she would definitely be the person I would phone first.
