Staff at Ray White Rural Tamborine Mountain are very friendly were a pleasure to work with, they made the whole experience enjoyable and not stressful at all. I listed my home with another agent from another Real Estate for 90 days and didn't even get an offer, just false promises and requests to reduce the listed price. (What you expect from A RE Agent TBH). I was nervous to list with another agent after just throwing away $2k but Emma had recently sold several properties in the same area while mine did nothing, so I engaged Emma as my agent. Emma acknowledged my stress and was honest throughout the whole process and presented 4 offers withing 3 weeks, and the offer I accepted was more than the previous agents list price.
