For the first time, since owning rental properties in the Kilcoy area, we can sit back and relax knowing our agent is looking after our investment properties and tenants. Unlike previous local agents that take their management fees but fail to follow up late rent, fail to do regular inspections and making big mistakes like signing up tenant leases with an incorrect lesser rent than you have instructed them, then using unlicensed property managers not knowing the laws and not returning calls. What a disaster! Jill and her team are very professional, knowledgeable, fair to tenant and owner, friendly, switched on to the RTA laws and always their to make your experience with them a good one. We highly recommend Jill and her team at Ray White Kilcoy. We now have piece of mind knowing our properties are protected and we can focus on other things. 100% happy & 100% recommend Ray White and Jill Garth.
