I have known Brett for over 8 years and during that time Brett has looked after several of my properties, offering them for sale and obtaining a buyer for me. Brett provided the right advice in preparing the property for sale, price and marketing. He has great knowledge of properties in the area and assisted us in selling the property in a very short time at a price we were more than happy with. He kept us fully informed in the lead up to putting the property on the market, whilst the property was on the market and during the settlement period. We were no longer living locally and Brett provided invaluable assistance with supervision of work done to the property.

I had been looking for a while for a Real Estate Agent who fully understood our situation when it came to selling our investment property in Bald Hills. This was a unique property that required someone to think outside the square and take a hands on approach to selling in our allotted time frame, and to obtain the price we needed. Brett and his team worked with us to ensure our property was sold in the time frame we we're committed to. He had an offer within 3 weeks of going to the market that we were very happy with. If it was not for Brett and his great negotiating skills we not of purchased our property. He was professional, hard working and kept going when anyone else would of just of given up.
