When we listed with Brett to sell this year, I felt he was working for the buyer at first, not us - the seller. But he's a smart business man. He got our listing by projecting moderately higher than expected, but that was nothing compared to the 'overstated potential' we were receiving from other agents who were competing for our business. Brett immediately set very high expectations and service by responding to out of hour enquiries about the property we purchased.
