Professional and personal service.
We decided to put 2 of our quality properties on the market and met with Brett and one other local agency. The difference from Brett and others was miles apart. From the moment we met we found Brett enthusiastic, professional and his industry knowledge made his competition look like amateurs. Whatever Brett promised was delivered all through the campaign. Ray White Samford is truelly a family affair and treat both buyers,sellers with a outstanding service. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any future clients.

Extremely Professional
After 7 months of unprofessional and non ethical dealings with another agent and agency. Brett was a breath of fresh air. Brett offers an action plan prior to releasing your property on the market, I would highly recommend this to ensure your property is at it's best. On the first opening, I accepted an offer and the property was sold. I was blessed and really appreciated Brett's honesty and knowledge of the market, sometimes we don't agree with the price of the market but with Brett's support it made it a lot easier to accept.

Purchase and Sale
We first met Brett when we purchased our house. We had been searching in the area for quite some time, and on this particular Saturday, we had inspected a number of other properties that were not quite meeting our needs. Brett was able to arrange for us to view two other properties that were not open for inspection. It was obvious he had a good relationship with the sellers to arrange this. The end result was that we made an offer on one of the properties, and ended up signing the contract later the same day. Completing the paperwork took us into the early evening, and Brett was not concerned by this in the slightest. We were impressed with Brett’s enthusiasm to finalise the deal, as we didn’t want to wait until Monday to complete paperwork, and potentially miss out on the purchase. A few months later we engaged Brett, and Angela to sell our original home. We were very impressed with their ability to generate interest in the property, using the right level of marketing that we were comfortable with, and not generating unnecessary costs for us. Brett and his team are reliable, honest, and genuinely nice people to deal with, nothing was too much of a hassle for them. Great and efficient service.
Working with Brett Compton was an excellent experience. From the first meeting he made us feel comfortable and at ease. Brett understood the complexity of our selling timeline and needs and gave us suggestions on how we might achieve the sale in the quickest possible time. His suggestions on what we could do to visually enhance our property and the list of potential tradesmen to carry out the work was most appreciated. Authentic and Superb Service
Moving to acreage was new to us. Angela answered our up teen dozen questions with detail and kind patience. She also connected us with all local services to utilities, animals and more. She even had our acreage mowed before we moved in! We felt welcomed into the community of Samford Valley and surrounds. Thanks for all your help! We love it here:)

Finally a great agent!
