Gabe is very knowledgeable about the Saratoga/Davistown area. I inspected several properties he had listed and each time he was courteous, inviting, informative and knowledgeable about each property. He was forthcoming with responses to any of my questions in relation to each property. Once my offer was accepted he met me late in the day for another inspection prior to signing the contract. He liaised well between myself and the vendor for a quick and timely settlement before Christmas.
