The best Agent that I have ever dealt with
I decided to buy before I sold my home, when I thought I had found my new home I got four agents out to determine which one I felt comfortable with. In doing this I considered their approach to me as a potential buyer when I viewed properties, their market appraisal, honesty and the fees. In all instances to me Gabe came out the best which he proved when selling my house. He not only worked with inexperienced potential buyers to help them understand how it all worked, arranged for minor works to be undertaken on my home, he also helped me when I was buying a house, giving me advice, reviewing reports. Thank you Gabe and Andrew you made the process a lot easier.

MY EXPERIENCE
I chose Ray White Saratoga to sell our 2 bedroom villa as I have known Gabe and the agency for some 15 years ; the agency has , by a long way the highest sales rate in the area ; it follows that the agency has a good reputation and data base ; it handled the rentals of our unit without fault and I was given a good appraisal of the market and marketing program . I had the option to release but on the information provided by Gabe decided to sell . Following 22 parties on the first open day , 4 strong offers were received and a sale was negotiated within 1 week of listing and the open day with a record price for a 2 bedroom villa in the area achieved and exceeding our expectations by some $ 50,000 .

Fantastic and a seamless process
We listed our home with Gabe after being unhappy with an out of area agent, from the first day we met with Gabe we were comfortable and confident with his approach to sell our family home.
