As a first-time tenant moving interstate, I had many questions regarding the finer details of the leasing and the moving-in process, many of which had to be explained over the phone. Chloe took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I felt confident and informed at every step. It is rare to find an agent who balances such warmth with genuine expertise. The level of communication I had with her and her team was another standout factor. I received quick and consistent responses to all my calls and messages, which, sadly, I came across a big lack of this level of reliability with other agencies. It was also clear that there is a highly professional support structure in place, as I had multiple staff members working behind the scenes, which made the entire transition feel smooth and well-coordinated. I cannot recommend Chloe and the Ray White Schofields team highly enough for their professionalism and dedication. They truly go above and beyond for their tenants.
