Alex was absolutely outstanding. During home quarantine, he managed for us to view the property, make an offer, have the offer accepted and complete the contracts within a 23 hour window. I am not sure if this was a record, but we greatly appreciated his candour, professionalism and support. After purchasing the property and thinking through how we will be developing our future property, he has been insightful and helpful. After we had completed signing he still made an agent available for us to be able to visit with an engineer.
