We first come across Shane when we looked at an open house he had listed, from the welcome he was calm, measured and the experience was such that we decided that if we sold, this is precisely how we would like potential buyers to be treated and welcomed in our home if we sold. We purchased this home through Shane and love the property and support that went with the purchase. We also employed Shane to sell a property of ours, Shane's demeanour and approach means there isn’t the negative thoughts that emanate when being highly pressured by " unprofessional salespeople" and this approach allows you to look more at the property with much more positivity. We gave Shane an expected result of what we were looking for on our property sale and we decided on an Auction, however our property never got to Auction as within 3 weeks of being listed Shane managed to get the price we were hoping for and that was it. We will be ensuring that any future business will be directed towards Shane and have no hesitation in suggesting others do likewise.
